1. What is the standard warranty period for Dawnerz products?

All Dawnerz products come with a standard 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

2. How do I get the extended 90-day warranty?

To receive the extended 90-day warranty, you must register your product within the initial 30-day period.

3. What happens if I don’t register my product within 30 days?

If the product is not registered within 30 days, the warranty expires, and no quality-related claims will be accepted after that.

4. What does the Dawnerz warranty cover?

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. This includes:

  • Defective stitching (if unused)
  • Faulty webbing or construction (prior to use)
  • Production errors that impact the product’s integrity before it has been used

5. What is considered a manufacturing defect?

Manufacturing defects include any issues caused by the production process, such as:

  • Frayed or misaligned webbing straight out of the package
  • Defective or missing safety tags
  • Incomplete stitching or failed seams that exist before first use

6. What is not considered a manufacturing defect?

Damage resulting from misuse or wear and tear is not covered. This includes:

  • Breaking a strap by exceeding the rated capacity
  • Using the product improperly (e.g., attaching it incorrectly)
  • Visible wear from normal use
  • Dirt, oil, fraying or abrasion after the product has been used
  • Aesthetic issues once the product is used (even if they existed prior)

7. Is cosmetic damage covered by the warranty?

Only if the product has not been used.

Cosmetic imperfections such as minor stitching flaws or slight material defects will only be covered if the strap is unused.

8. What do I need to submit a warranty claim?

To make a claim, you must provide:

  • A photo or video showing the defect
  • A clear photo of the branded sewn-in tag with the serial number
  • A copy of the original purchase receipt
    Once we review and approve your claim, you’ll be provided with instructions and return details.

9. What if the branded tag or serial number is missing?

If the sewn-in tag with the serial number is missing or damaged, the warranty is void, and we cannot issue a replacement.

10. Who can make a warranty claim?

Only the original purchaser or the person who registered the warranty may submit a claim.

Transfers of warranty to other parties are not accepted.

11. Who pays for return shipping under a warranty claim?

If the product is approved as defective and under warranty, Dawnerz will cover the full return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

If the issue is not covered under warranty (e.g., misuse, expired warranty), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

12. What happens if my product is out of stock?

If we cannot offer the exact same product as a replacement, we will:

  • Offer the closest available alternative
  • Or issue a full refund to your original payment method

13. What voids my warranty?

Your warranty will be void if:

  • The strap was used improperly (e.g., overloaded, incorrectly attached)
  • There are signs of abuse, impact, or accident
  • It has been modified or repaired
  • The product was purchased used or open-box
  • It’s missing the Dawnerz branded tag or serial number
  • You used the product in a competitive event

14. What is Dawnerz not responsible for?

Dawnerz is not liable for:

  • Any property damage or personal injury
  • Damage from failure to follow usage guidelines
  • Third-party repair or replacement costs
  • Misuse or negligence on the part of the user

15. How do I start a warranty claim?
